The canopy park is in Herradura, ten minutes north of Jacó. You gear up and take the safety briefing at the base, ride a tractor up the mountain, then zip the lines back down through the treetops.

The whole thing — the ride up, the instruction, the gear, the lines — runs about two hours, and ends with water and fresh fruit at the bottom. Hotel pickup is $5 per person and leaves thirty minutes before the tour time.
