The space
Separating a transformable outdoor and indoor living area, the modern 5 bedroom 4.5 bath luxury home property can accommodate up to 11 people.
When stepping into this magical place, you will immediately fall in love with nature and ocean view topped off with its world class sunsets.
Depending on the previous and following guests, we always try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times to suit your needs.
The house is strategically planned by the architect to have a natural breeze flowing throughout the house, but taking into consideration each customers needs, we also have ACs in all the bedrooms and living room. The villa is equipped with an indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system.
This Villa has everything you need. We provide concierge services and will happily organize transportation from/to the airport for our customers (also can have a driver ready 24/7 just for you personally for the whole length of the stay) and a personal inhouse chef service based on your needs. We also offer various tours and activities, such as Zip Lining, ATV, Chocolate tour, Sport fishing and more. We can help the customer with bookings at restaurants, offer at home massages. We want you to have the best time while staying at our property.

The resort maintains two beaches, Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas. Staying inside the reserve means the forest starts at your door rather than a drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lujo Caletas. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular and the pool was fantastic as well. We hope to be able to visit again.

The views of the jungle and ocean are amazing! There is a family of Scarlet Macaws that live in a tree next to the property, which was a highlight for our group. We really enjoyed our stay at Mikk's house.

We stayed at this lovely home with a group of 8 and had a mixed experience overall. Positives: the view is stunning! The home was clean, felt secure with gated entrance, and we loved the surrounding nature. The AC, speaker system, grill, blackout curtains, pool & wine fridge were all great. Transportation that was arranged by host went smoothly. The host also gave a great recommendation for private chefs Jose and Juan who were wonderful! (IG: Chef_jose_pinar_oficial). That said, there were a few issues. The biggest problem was the upstairs bathroom, which had sewage issues and was unusable the entire stay. There is 1 king bed, not 2 as listed. The construction next door is extremely loud and disruptive. The separate ice maker never worked, and the home was not stocked well enough for a group of 8. We had to immediately purchase additional paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and toilet paper. Overall, this property has a lot of potential and the host was very responsive.
