Punta Leona, Central Pacific, Costa Rica
Punta Leona is a 300-hectare private nature reserve between Tárcoles and Herradura, with white-sand beach bordered by forest — rare on a coast where the sand mostly runs dark. The resort maintains two beaches, Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas. Staying inside the reserve means the forest starts at your door rather than a drive away.

Great stay!! Very comfortable airbnb and also accessible to many places around Costa Rica. Ana was attentive to our messages and provided clear instructions to access the Airbnb, and to check out from it. I also enjoyed the beach club that’s part of the gated community, which is also less than a 10min walk.

I loved it. The place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed it very much. The pool area is beautiful, and they were flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was really helpful since we were traveling with our baby. We are very grateful for the attention.

Excellent place and location. The place is super clean, central, comfortable, and safe. It would clearly be my first choice to stay near the Jaco area.
