We enjoyed our stay at Jamie's place. Plenty of room for our group to spread out. Loved the location, which was close to needed amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, and bank, but far enough to feel outside of the hustle bustle of the main road. We had the basics to make meals, but a rice cooker would be a great addition. We also loved access and proximity to the beach (beware the beach is mostly not safe for swimming and often the guards have a red flag displayed). We loved that we also could opt to swim in the pool and hear the waves rolling up on shore. Lovely location!

Jacó, Central Pacific, Costa Rica
Jacó is where Costa Ricans send people to learn. Local surfers call it the best spot in the country to start — to get used to paddling, duck diving and reading the ocean. The bay runs about four kilometers, the sand is dark, and the currents are real, so treat it as a surf beach first and a swimming beach second.

absolutely amazing this location provides you with beach access, a pool with a slide and jacuzzi, little pavilion and the community is gated. Right past La Flor is a CrossFit gym, turf field, casino with spa and restaurants... and right down the road are all the cuisines and souvenir shops you could possibly desire. this suited all of our family's happiness, routine, and ease to explore. the house was very large and accommodated everyone comfortably. the little details are what matter and this house has them. our host even helped us set up a few of our excursions and local adventures with great contacts. can't say enough positive things really loved this vacation

Wish we could stayed longer. This place is next to my favorite restaurant on the beach called Clarita’s. Super close to DT Jaco but far enough way for piece a quite. We will be back!

The home was large and spacious and very clean. It was located in a gated community and felt very safe. Beds were comfortable and AC worked very well. Pool area was well maintained and beach was a short walk away. The beach itself was very dirty with thrash and debris everywhere. The location was private as it was a few blocks away from the busy Jaco downtown area. There could have been more cooking supplies available such as salt, pepper and cooking oils but we bought our own and left them there for next guests. Overall, a nice and pleasant stay.

We, my wife and I and our 2 little kids stayed at the house for 5 weeks. We loved it! The house is quite big and has everything you need. The kids loved the pool and the closeness to the beach.
